This is a useful document which you can use to explain your workload to others. It’s fully editable so you could colour code it to show what is the most/least time consuming for you or write approximate times next to each entry. All work places are different and also secondary looks different to primary (I’m primary), but this at least is a starting point to having conversations about workload and also to explain to class teachers who wonder what you actually do!
